Many people struggle with perfectionism and yet few people ever really fully address it. Instead they have beliefs that it helps them follow through or keeps them from making a mistake.  But, as you will see with our volunteer, for Merilee, perfectionism (and then being hard on herself for not being perfect) is the root energy that is connected to her health issues and she didn't even realize it. For many people, even if it's not the core issue for their health, it still keeps them from living a full and happy life. In this episode, I work with Merilee to help her use her mind to shift her pain, her energy and her health!
