My volunteer on today’s podcast has felt limited by several things including shame about where she grew up, the color of her skin (BLM), and several negative patterns that have been running in her life. This negative energy has been blocking her success and is also linked to her health issues. She has suffered from ongoing thyroid dysfunction as well as very low energy. In this episode, I coach her to overcome the beliefs that are blocking her success. I also talk about healing on the topic of BLM. With COVID running rampant right now, it’s more important than ever to be careful about chanting the phrase, “I can’t breathe.”
