If you have ever wanted to "live out loud" but felt like fear was holding you back from doing so, you are definitely not alone. What most people don't realize is that this mindset can actually affect your health. In this episode, I work with my volunteer, Amanda, who has been stuck in this situation for many years. Today she makes the MAJOR breakthrough!
