The reality is that our subconscious patterns drive our lives whether we can see the pattern clearly or not. For most people, they can't see the patterns because it's buried deep within their "subconscious" mind.  In this episode, I work with our volunteer, Julie, who is experiencing some pretty serious health issues. As I work with her, there are several patterns that come up for her healing. Many of these patterns can be common for others as well. For that reason, this episode can be great to do a self-check and take inventory of your own subconscious mind so you can gain clarity on negative patterns that you will want to clear. OR, on a positive note, bring in some new patterns that you will want to empower you! Chances are high that 1 or more of these pattern shifts will be very powerful in your own life!
