The way you feel about yourself is not something that should be ignored.  Self-criticism doesn’t always have an auditory voice in your mind but can be hidden and show up in unexpected ways.  As we continue part two of the session with our volunteer Jade, Brandy shares powerful information to help Jade discover hidden beliefs and programs in her subconscious that and actions she didn’t realize were holding her back from healing and living her best life.
