Our last volunteer, Andrea, sent in an email to follow up after her episode was released.  In this episode, I share with you insights and speak to the sensitivities. There were a lot of listener sensitivities and outreach from doctors, healers, and people who have been injured so I share some insights there as well as powerful insights to release patterns and take your life and health to the next level.

Other insights include:

*Deciding you really want to change and reinforcing those changes 
* Identifying patterns that are protecting you from other patterns
* Feeling safe to let go of the pattern
* The importance of staying in integrity
