We often hear people say that they are trying to be happy, but "there is so much going on in the world, it's hard." And in today's quick IQ episode, it's divine timing as Brandy answers a question sent in by a listener after last week's podcast episode on happiness.

The person wondered if it's "okay" to be happy and do fun things with so much going on in the world. This is such a great topic for all of us today!
