Heal Yourself. Change Your Life

We’ve all been there before at some point; stuck in frustration or struggle and even feeling alone at times. On today’s episode, I work with our volunteer Shalom who is in desperate need of a breakthrough! He has been struggling in multiple areas of his life, including with his weight, and feels like he is no longer in his control of his life.  He has been stuck in a negative loop. Listen in while I work with him to help guide Shalom to use his own mind in a more productive way to help him navigate to a more positive state of mind for his health, happiness and his weight.
